You feel over worked, but do you realize your days at work might be shorter now?
According to ActivTrak, the American workday is shorter now than in was in 2022.
The average workday now ends at 4:39 p.m., earlier than 2022’s quitting time of 5:21 p.m. It doesn't feel like it's shorter, but according to your days it actually is. In total, the average American works 8 hours and 41 minutes a day.
So you might feel like you're over-worked, but how often when you're supposed to be working are you watching videos on TikTok, streaming services or other things besides working? Something to think about.
