Did Dua Lipa Rip Off "Levitating?" Hear The Evidence

Dua Lipa has been loving the success with "Levitating," but there is always someone out there trying to get their piece of the pie. But maybe they really did the song first? That could be why they are suing her over it.

The band is called Artikal Sound system and they just filed against Dui Lipa over her song that just blew up over the past few years, especially during the pandeminc.

The guys from Artikas Sound System say she ripped them off of a catchy reggae song they did. Want to hear it?

So as you can see, the 2 songs sound awfully similar, especially the chorus. Different lyrics for sure, but the beat is about the same, and probably a good enough reason to sue.

In addition to Dua herself, Artikal has named Warner Records (her label) and others as defendants -- and they're asking for any profits they may have made off of "Levitating," plus damages.
