You may have not noticed, but today is 2/2/22. A once in a lifetime event. So how can you celebrate with your kids? Jrod's daughter's school had an idea about putting together a time capsule for 1st graders for them to open on 3/3/33. But what would you stick in your time capsule to tell you about 2022? We've had a pandemic, and all kinds of crazy things. So what would your kid/family put in a time capsule from 2022?
Here are some ideas Jrod and his daughter are going to do:
Minecraft calendar (she's really into it now, but can barely play the game)
coin from Hawaii- We found hidden treasure and she loves is
family pic/pet pic - changes daily LOL
favorite hat - she really likes her mohawk bike helmet
team shirt - Her mom says Go Pokes, but Everly will put a OKC Thunder shirt
print off news of the day- good or bad, it tells a story
pictures - vacation, or going to the mall with dad
Letter to herself about what she things the future is going to hold - This is one that makes Jrod, but it will be really neat to see what she says
golf ball - She loves playing golf with daddy
It goes by pretty quick, but what would you put in a time capsule to open in 2033?
