Halloween is coming up, and a lot of people are getting upset because of social distancing they're trying to get rid of trick or treating all together this year. So Lowe's and Krispy Kreme have come up with a few ways to still get your little ones some goodies for Halloween and keep with holiday tradition.
Lowes is going to start us off on 10/22 and 10/29 with drive thru trick or treating.from 6p-7p. Families can drive up to get some candy and a small pumpkin at no cost to take home. "While the pandemic has changed many elements of regular life," says Joe McFarland, Lowes Executive vice president of stores says in a statement. "The tradition of trick or treating doesn't need to be one of them."
Only catch is you need to register for the event with Lowes, you can't just show up. So sign up starting October 10th HERE
Maybe donuts are your thing. Krispy Kreme has announced their “Sweet-or-Treat” Saturdays starting Oct 10thand every Saturday through Halloween. With the purchase of any dozen donuts get a $1 ‘Sweet-or-Treat dozen (it includes a not-so-scary edition Jack-o’-Lantern Doughnut). And if you remember if you wear a costume to any participating Krispy Kreme store on Halloween? You can also score a FREE donut as well.
