We love this idea! Target is introducing a new collection of Halloween costumes for children in wheelchairs.
So far it's only these two costumes: An adorable pink princess outfit with the ability to add the carriage that will cover the wheelchair. Or the pirate, with optional pirate ship to cover the wheelchair.
