“Billboard” has come out with their annual 21 Under 21 list, noting the hottest stars under the age of 21. The site determined the rankings based on “album sales, track sales, streaming volume, social media impressions, and radio and TV audiences reached” and other factors during the past 12 months.
Topping the list again this year is Shawn Mendes, thanks to his third consecutive number one album this year, four number ones on the Adult Top 40 and more. Coming in at number two is Khalid, followed by Lil’ Pump. Check out the Top Ten below and click here for the complete list.
