The California mansion where Demi Lovato reportedly overdosed this summer is now on the market. She recently listed her sprawling Los Angeles-area house for $9.45 million as she continues to seek treatment for substance issues. “Her house is up for sale,” a source claims. “She’s getting healthy and putting the past behind her.” An online listing describes the home as 5,564 square feet with four bedrooms, six bathrooms and “unobstructed views from Downtown to the Pacific Ocean.” Lovato, 25, has not been back at the Hollywood Hills residence since she suffered an overdose on July 24th. She was hospitalized for over a week before checking into a rehab center. Lovato addressed the situation for the first time in early August, saying she needed time to “heal and focus” on her sobriety and recovery.
