Remember the anonymous man who accused Usher of exposing him to the STD during a sexual encounter at a spa? Well, a judge has reportedly ordered the singer to hand over his medical records – including information about his treatments, doctors and insurance details.
He allegedly has one month to provide “John Doe” with the “verified supplemental responses” so they can use the information to prep for the upcoming trial. And don't forget, Usher still has two other lawsuits pending.
Quantasia Sharpton claims he exposed her to herpes when they had sex after his concert in Atlantic City. Laura Helms basically has the same story. She alleges they had “unprotected sex” twice, and he failed to mention he had an STD. In addition, he’s never given her any proof he's herpes free.
