Taylor Swift has been breaking out some old songs when she performs on the second stage at her “Reputation Stadium Tour” and earlier this week she treated the crowd in Pittsburgh to a really deep cut.
During her show at Heinz Field, Taylor performed the track “A Place In This World,” which is one of the first songs she ever wrote at age 13. The tune appears on her 2006 debut album and it was the first time she performed the song since 2009.
“It’s a song that I wrote when I was living in Pennsylvania and I was traveling back and forth to Nashville with my mom,” she told the audience. “This is a song that I wrote about not knowing if it was ever going to work out.”
