It's now been one week since Demi Lovato's apparent drug overdose, and she remains hospitalized at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. New reports say the 25-year-old singer has been suffering "complications" like extreme nausea and a high fever, among other things. While it's still not known when Lovato will be released, but one source said "she is under the care of medical experts and is expected to make a full recovery." Lovato's family and ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama have been visiting her regularly to offer support. Following her overdose, a source said Lovato has been in a "downward spiral" in recent months. "She had a sober coach who she cut out of her life a few months ago. She's been in a downward spiral ever since and has not been doing well," the insider shared.
