There are certain songs that will get everyone on the dance floor at a wedding, but there are also a bunch of tunes no bride and groom wants to hear on their big day. Well, in case you missed it, Nate Silver’s FiveThirtyEight blog recently shared a list of the most banned wedding songs, per brides and grooms, and some of them may surprise you.
Most of the songs topping the lists are actually ones that go with choreographed dances like the "Chicken Dance," which is at number one, followed by the “Cha Cha Slide,” “Macarena,” “Cupid Shuffle,” “YMCA” and the “Electric Slide.”
Some songs that are a bit surprising include Pharrell’s “Happy” at nine, “Shout,” at ten, “Blurred Lines” at 13 and “Celebration” at 14.
