Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin got engaged in the Bahamas this weekend. “They are engaged and it happened Saturday night in front of a crowd in Baker’s Bay,” a source told E! News. “Justin made arrangements for the ring when they were in NYC and knew that he wanted to propose to her...The proposal was a very happy moment and Hailey was taken off guard. Her face was in shock but you could tell they are both so in love.” Witnesses saw the couple salsa dancing at the restaurant. At one point, the Bieber’s security told diners to put away their phones “because something special was about to happen.” That’s when he proposed. On Sunday, Bieber’s dad Jeremy posted on Instagram, writing, “@justinbieber Proud is an understatement! Excited for the next chapter!”
