TJ has been the host of KJ103 Morning Show for over 20 years. ​10 time winner of Personality of the Year from the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters, he loves pop culture, Oklahoma area sports teams (THUNDER UP!!!), Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo and all Top 40 music. TJ performs, Improv, and Theater in OKC. Fun Fact: TJ is The Conductor on the Polar Express Train Ride in OKC and grows the perfect Tom Hanks Mustache annually during the holiday season.

Amanda is the newest member of the morning show team, joining in July of 2025. Radio is a new world for her, having previously worked in experiential marketing for companies like Walmart, Pfizer and Anheuser-Busch. She also traveled the world as a performer on the biggest cruise ship in the world and on stages across NYC, LA, and Chicago. Originally from Noble, OK, she lives in Norman with her tiny dog Maggie and her 3 chickens.

Jrod is originally from Cincinnati but has lived pretty much everywhere. He goes to Las Vegas at least once ever 2-3 months if not more. He stopped drinking in 2020 and still has a gambling addiction. He's a guy's guy. If you ever walk into a room and hear people laughing, you're probably in the same room he's in.
