California Plans to Ban The Sale of All New Gasoline Cars By 2035

Gasoline cars will be no more in the near future. The state of California just announced their biggest combat to climate change yet. By 2035 selling new cars that need gasoline will be prohibited.

Today regulators are gathering to come up with an official plan on how to execute this decision. California is the first state in the country to implement this ban, and hopefully more will follow suit. According to New York Times, this is set to be done in stages with the first stage being by 2026, 35 percent of new passenger vehicles sold must produce zero emissions. Then 68 percent by 2030, and finally the halting of sale of cars that need greenhouse gas emissions like carbon dioxide by 2035.

Looks we'll be purchasing electric or flying cars in the near future.
