YouTube is currently working to fix problems with playback that are affecting users in both the United States and worldwide Wednesday. The outage started around 5:45pm CST according to reports.
"If you're having trouble watching videos on YouTube right now, you're not alone - our team is aware of the issue and working on a fix." a Tweet on the @TeamYouTube account stated at 6:23pm CST.
There's no word on what caused the issue as of yet.
