American Pickers star Mike Wolfe and his girlfriend, model and journalist Leticia Cline, were hospitalized after being "involved in a car accident" in Columbia Tennessee last week.

Wolfe, 61, shared an Instagram Story post that included a heavily damaged vintage blue vehicle, confirming that he and Cline, 46, were involved in a serious collision. Cline also shared a post confirming that her jaw was hit by shattered class from a window during the crash.

“By the grace of God, we’re both safe and okay,” Wolfe wrote. “We are both receiving excellent care and while Leticia is still in the hospital, she is expected to make a full recovery.”

“Thank you for respecting our privacy at this time and we appreciate all of your love & prayers. God bless," he added.

Wolfe later shared an update claiming the couple had gone through "a rough nite but now there's light at the end of the tunnel."

"I truly believe in the power of group prayers thank you to all of you that have sent them to us," he added in the post, which was re-shared by Cline on her own Instagram account.

Wolfe also shared a photo of himself next to Cline as she rested in a hospital bed while wearing a neck brace on Saturday (September 13), who said she was "hopefully" going through surgery the following day in a post shared on her own account.

“Broken jaw (in a few places), broken ribs, sternum, collapsed lung and a lot of swelling on my spine. My mouth will be wired shut but I still got my brain and that’s all that matters," she wrote.

Wolfe shut down his Nashville storefront, Antique Archaeology, after 15 years in business following the death of his longtime friend and former American Pickers co-star Frank Fritz. The duo hosted American Pickers together for more than a decade before Fritz died from complications from a stroke while in hospice care last September.

Cline had previously worked as an interviewer for TNA Wrestling, Maxim Magazine and the reality series Beauty and the Geek, while having also made a Playboy magazine appearance in July 2008.
