Wow! A Mustang resident's Ring camera caught a car flying past a stopped school bus in a Mustang neighborhood.
It's 2019 ... why is this STILL happening? How are drivers this blind?

"When the yellow school bus sign is out and the lights are flashing you are supposed to STOP.
I get that you probably weren't completely awake yet.....but please pay attention.
This makes me so mad!!
This was my child and my neighbors daughter and my driveway."
