In 2016, Heather Clare was enjoying the beautiful day with her 1 year old twins at a playground. She went down the slide with one of her twins (Meadow) as her husband photographed the moment. Meadow was screaming in pain at the end and they weren't sure why until they checked the photo.

Meadow's foot got caught between her mom and the slide. Her leg was broken as a result of it. Thankfully her daughter made a full recovery.
