Oklahoma City Police stated that around 6:30pm a man walked into the Louie's at Lake Hefner and started shooting. 2 people were shot (a mother and daughter entering the restaurant) and 2 others were injured. The suspect was then confronted by an armed citizen who shot and killed the suspect outside the restaurant. This story is developing.
