After a video went viral yesterday (that has since been taken down) of YouTuber Brooke Houts hitting and allegedly spitting on her dog (a video that Brooke herself accidentally uploaded), the internet has been in an absolute uproar over what was shown in the video.
So much so, that the LAPD are now investigating her for animal abuse and cruelty.
While the YouTuber - who has over 300,000 subscribers - temporarily shut down her Twitter account, she revived it today to issue a statement and an apology:
Time will tell what's next for Ms. Houts and what will happen with the LAPD investigation, but what do you think should happen?
Was it an innocent mistake or should she face punishment for what was shown in the video?
