In case you are not familiar, K-Pop is a genre of pop music originating in South Korea.
K-Pop fans are right up there with The Hive, The Barbs and The Swifties--in short, they get busy!
They decided to put their social media energy to use to disrupt the Dallas Police Department and lend a hand to the Black Lives Matter movement.
Dallas police sent out a tweet urging people to submit videos of "illegal protest activity" to their iWatch Dallas app.
A K-Pop fan led the charge asking everyone to download the app but instead send in "Fancam" which is short K-Pop related content.
Make their jobs as hard as possible! Make them take down the app.
And in 24 hours, that is what happened.
Dallas police tweeted, due to technical difficulties, iWatch Dallas app will be down temporarily.
K-Pop fans also flooded the police department request for photos and videos of protestors and looters with images from other states protests.
If you go to the hashtag #AllLivesMatter you will see images of K-Pop fans as well.
