When Should You Talk About A Prenup?

If you have worked hard for your money, and now you've entered the dating scene how should you protect yourself? Should you discuss a prenup with someone you just started dating?

A New York divorce lawyer James Sexton says couples should discuss prenups as early as the third date, not to finalize agreements but to assess how potential partners think about money, risk, and commitment. Kind of a lay it all on the table kind of thing I guess.

Prenup popularity have surged in young couples to old. 21% of Americans now sign them versus 3% in 2010, with millennials and Gen Z driving the increase.

3rd date seems to be a little early to me to discuss this, but what's to talk about when you have nothing?

Have you ever talked about a prenup?
