I know it's only spring, but you didn't get heavy in a day. So it's going to take a bit to get ready for the pool this summer. But what if I told you it could be easier than you think? This is something you might already do daily. Here's what I'm talking about.

Food Videos. You watching the Cooking Channel, Food Network, Tastemade, or just surf good old YouTube to see what's new in food. So when you do this it may actually help you lose weight.

A study found that dieters who actively suppress food cravings and then watch videos of indulgent foods may actually eat less afterward. So what you're doing is helping, if you don't run out and grab what you just watched.

Researchers suggest this could inform future dieting app design. But either way, line up the videos if it helps drop a few pounds.
