How Much Does The Tooth Fairy Cost Now?

I don't know what you got for losing a tooth, but when it happened to me I got like $0.25!! But with inflation, it might cost the tooth fairy more for that next lost tooth.

The tooth fairy is now spending more for your kids lost tooth. The average payouts reaching $5.84 per lost tooth!

What?!?!?!

Well, lets say it's their first lost tooth, how much is that going to cost you now? $7.17, with 38% of parents offering bonuses. Seems a little crazy to me, only because my kid figured out that's how she can make money so she started wiggling her teeth to make them come out for a bigger pay day!

So in total, since the 80's the tooth fairy has been bumping the rates up. So it's climbed 349% from $1.30.

I guess at least it's not car insurance....yet.
