This Is The Most Popular Pizza Chain In Oklahoma, Study Shows

Pizza is America's go-to comfort food. We eat it at birthday parties, celebrations, and even family movie nights. The country loves the cheesy goodness so much that there are tons of restaurants dedicated to the dish.

So it's not surprising that Americans turned to pizza during the pandemic. While restaurants across the country closed their dining rooms, the nation's biggest pizza chains were making dough thanks to delivery and take out orders.

Recently, foodie website Eat This, Not That took a look at thriving pizza places to find out which chains are the most popular in each state based on foot traffic over the past two years.

According to their data, Godfather's Pizza is the most popular chain in Oklahoma.

Not every state has a Godfather's Pizza location but this chain took the top spot in New York as well.

The most popular pizza chain in the nation is Little Caesars. Their $5 pepperoni pizzas must have a lot of fans because Little Caesars was named #1 in 24 states.

Other chains that appeared on the list were Papa John's, Domino's, Marco's Pizza, Pizza Hut, and Papa Murphy's.
