Kesha Postpones Some Dates To Recover From Knee Surgery

Kesha took a tumble earlier this month while on stage in Dubai and apparently she was injured in the fall. The singer actually tore her ACL and has to have knee surgery, which means she’s going to have to postpone some tour dates.

Kesha has been forced to reschedule dates in Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan and Japan, which were supposed to kick off March 25th, so she can heal properly for her summer co-headlining tour with Macklemore, which is set to kick off this June.

"It's my biggest joy in life to share my music with my fans all over the world, but I have to follow my doctors orders and undergo surgery so I can get ready to give it my all on my summer tour and beyond," Kesha said. "Moving these dates is making me sick with sadness, but I tried to will this injury away and unfortunately it didn't work. “

She adds, “I love you all and I'll work every single day, as hard as I can, to recover and get back on stage as soon as possible. I'm so sorry and sending love always."
