Did Lorde Predict The #MeToo Movement?

It looks like Lorde may be able to see into the future. As “Time” magazine celebrated the sexual harassment “Silence Breakers” in their Person of the Year” issue, the singer remembered that she predicted that men would get their comeuppance in 2017. 

Believe it or not, back in January the singer tweeted, “these old men in power have a storm coming, the likes of which they cannot comprehend.” And after the news about “Time’s” issue broke, she reminded everyone of her prediction, writing, “this came true I guess.”
