Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus‘ divorce proceedings — initiated four years ago — have been called off due to inactivity. According to court documents, the Superior Court of Los Angeles dismissed the case because both parties “failed to appear” in front of a judge. Tish filed for divorce from Billy Ray in 2013, but they publicly reconciled just 10 days after the split and are currently together. “We both woke up and realized we love each other and decided we want to stay together,” they said in a statement at the time. “We both went into couples therapy, something we haven’t done in 22 years of being together, and it’s brought us closer together and really opened up our communication in amazing ways.” Tish, 50, and Billy Ray, 56, are parents of Miley Cyrus, as well as Noah, Trace, Brandi and Braison.
