DJ Found Guilty Of Groping Taylor Swift Speaks Out

A jury in Denver, Colorado ruled that Taylor Swift was indeed sexually assaulted by DJ David Mueller when he groped her during a photo op at concert meet and greet, but the DJ still insists he is innocent.

“What I’m saying is I didn’t do what they said,” Mueller said in a post-verdict interview on ABC’s “Good Morning America.” “I never grabbed her. I never had my hand under my skirt and I can pass a polygraph.” Maybe so, but as ABC's Dan Abrams points out, Mueller destroyed all copies of a recorded conversation with his former boss, which he says proves it was a misunderstanding.

Mueller claims the real reason Taylor is so far away from him in the photo isn’t because she was inching away from him, rather that he didn’t expect to be in the picture in the first place. “I wasn’t invited to be in the photo,” he offered. “I just moved into the shot the best I could.” Mueller says he'll continue fighting to clear his name.
