Ed Sheeran doesn’t think too much about the whole Katy Perry/Taylor Swift feud. Katy has been sharing her side of the story a lot lately, and, in case you missed it, as a friend of Taylor’s Ed says he doesn’t feel the need to voice his support for her.
"I don't think she needs [to be defended] at all," he tells “People.” "I don't think feud songs are a hot thing – there's always been beef songs."
He cited Carly Simon’s “Your So Vain,” which was partially written about Warren Beatty as a perfect example of a beef song from the past. He’s even admitting to writing them himself, noting, “I’ve done feud songs before but no one cares about them!”
