Pharrell Williams Makes One Of His Fans "Happy"

Pharrell Williams sure knows how to make his fans happy. The singer recently made the day of one very special fan, eight-year-old Reef Carneson, who suffers from acute lymphoblastic leukemia and has been in the hospital since the age of one. 

After celebrity weed distributor Milk Tyson made a video with Reef trying to get Pharrell’s attention for a FaceTime session, the singer decided to invite his biggest fan to his concert in Philadelphia.

Reef, however, lives in Cincinnati, and his immune system is to weak to travel by air, so Pharrell sent a car to drive him all the way to the show. If that wasn’t enough, Pharrell then serenaded Reef on stage with a very appropriate song, his hit “Happy.”
