Depending how Cheryl Cole takes these comments, Liam Payne may not be getting action anytime soon. Liam just appeared on a podcast where he was asked about the possibility of proposing to Cheryl, and he made it clear that he wouldn’t be rushing down the aisle.
Liam said that despite being together since late 2015 and having their one-month-old son Bear together, he hasn’t proposed. He said, “I see marriage as more of a religious thing and I’m not really a religious person, so I know it’s not really in the cards for me at the moment.”
Liam says the two are happily focusing on raising their child, adding “our love for each other can’t be more serious, so it is what it is, I guess.”
It is what it is? You guess?? You might expect a little more “charm” from a former One Direction heartthrob, right?
