Justin Bieber is off the hook for head-butting a guy at a pre-GRAMMY party earlier this year. According to TMZ, charges won’t be filed in the incident, where Justin was accused of attacking a guy for recording a video of the pop star play fighting with actor Kyle Massey.
Sources say Justin’s lawyers wouldn’t let the L.A. Country Sheriff’s Department talk to the singer, and then the alleged victim stopped talking to police so the investigation is over.
Why it went on this long remains to be seen, especially since the alleged victim didn’t even want to press charges in the first place.
