Wahlburgers, the Wahlberg family-owned burger restaurant, is opening it's first location in Oklahoma soon, coming this fall to Moore. According to Moore Ward 2 Councilman Mark Hamm the location will be in the already restaurant packed Southwest 19th Street, in front of Target. Do we need another burger chain in the metro?...Probably not. But this burger comes with a side of Wahlberg (yeah yeah!)
The chain of restaurants is owned by mega-star actor Mark Wahlberg, his acting and New Kids On The Block bro Donnie Wahlberg and chef Paul Wahlberg. So, is there any chance the Wahlberg's themselves will make an appearance?
Well, as recent as June, Actor Mark Wahlberg made a trip to Connecticut to visit the state's only Wahlburgers location and the public was invited to meet him. So, follow closely to make sure you don't miss a chance to grab a selfie with a Wahlberg if/when they come to Oklahoma.
