I could be completely wrong but here's why I think a Justin Bieber & Demi Lovato collab is on the way...

For those unaware Scooter manages Justin Bieber but he doesn't manage Demi so that leads me to believe one of 2 things.
1) Is Demi going to be managed by Scooter and this was a tease about that announcement?
2) Is Demi about to be featured on a track by an artist in Scooter's stable? Justin Bieber would be my first guest although I wouldn't rule out a collab with Dan + Shay either.
