Demi Lovato just dropped the new song “Sober,” in which she admits that she’s relapsed, and over the weekend she performed the song live for the first time, and it was definitely emotional.
Demi accompanied herself on the piano for her performance at Rock in Rio Lisbon last night, and got so overcome with emotion that her voice cracked when she sang the line “I want to be a role model.”
“Tonight I took the stage, a new person with a new life,” she later tweeted, along with a clip of her performance. “Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. It will never be forgotten.”
