Demi Lovato has resumed her overseas tour after canceling two UK shows last week because of swollen vocal cords. The singer performed her first show Wednesday in Scotland.
Before the show, Lovato took to Twitter and tweeted to fans, “I feel sooooo much better, thank you for all your well wishes!!!! You guys are the best!!!” She added in another tweet, “I still have to protect my voice so y’all may have to hit the high notes for me tonight.”
And after the show, she tweeted another update: “Well guys I made it through the show!! I’ve never sang in falsetto so much in my life but I still had fun!! Thank you Glasgow!!!”
Lovato’s next show is tonight in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England.
