The Oklahoma City Police Department has identified the shooter at Louie's last night as Alexander C Tilghman (28). He was shot and killed by two good samaritans. They are identified as Juan Carlos Nazario (35) and Bryan Wittle (39). New information about the shooting itself can be found below.
