Ed Sheeran Says He Understands Grammy Snub

Ed Sheeran is set to appear on Sunday “Today” and in a preview of the interview he tells Willie Geist how he felt about being snubbed in the major categories by the GRAMMYS this year.

Ed tells Willie that he “understood why it happened,” and believes what not getting the nod was “bigger than me,” and expects that he’ll receive those major nominations “eventually.”

Besides, Ed says he can’t complain when he looks at all the success he’s had. As he notes, “I’m still playing stadiums,” and adds that when he heard the news at his house he thought, “I have a house," which is something he didn't have just a few years ago. Ed adds that the GRAMMY nods are, “such a minute scale of where my happiness should be.”
