Adele won’t let her team stop her from using social media. She recently revealed to concertgoers that she has a secret Twitter account that she’s been hiding from her management. “I was looking on Twitter last night,” Adele told audiences during her show at The BBC in Brisbane. “They don’t know I have a secret account, well obviously they do now because I said that. By ‘they,’ I mean my management.” She then shared that she is denied access to her own public account because she’s “quite mouthy,” adding: “I say the wrong thing a lot of the time, so they took that privilege away from me.” In November 2015, she told BBC that her social media posts now have to go through two sets of people and have to be signed off before they are posted, although she still writes her own tweets.
